PRESS RELEASE – On Friday, September 23, 2016 a post mortem was conducted on the body of 36 year old; Mervin Francis aka “Vines” of China Town, Marigot.
The examination revealed that he died as a result of hemorrhagic shock due to cardiac rupture, secondary to multiple gunshot wounds to the chest.
