PRESS RELEASE – Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of a twenty seven (27) year old resident of City Gate, La Clery, namely Shane Emmanuel alias “Ti-Mob”.
Police received a report reference to a homicide at City Gate, Castries, about 8:00pm on Tuesday, December 6, 2016. The body of the deceased was discovered lying about the road with several apparent gunshots about his body.
He was later conveyed to the Victoria Hospital, where he was pronounced dead by a medical practitioner.
A post mortem is to be scheduled for a later date. Investigations are continuing into this matter.
This is the twenty-seventh homicide for 2016.
