Peter Desir aka ‘Top Man’ of Pavee, Castries is St. Lucia’s 10^th homicide victim.Desir, who was reportedly a contracted driver, was shot once in the head while sitting – with his legs outside – on the passenger side of a vehicle.

The incident occurred after 4 p.m. at the bottom of Rose Hill, near Wilton’s Yard (Graveyard).
