Charles Augustin, St. Lucia’s 1th homicide victim
The body of a middle-aged man was reportedly discovered at a residence in Pavee, Castries in the wee hours of this morning.
Relatives and neighbours have alleged that Charles Augustin, 51, was stabbed to death by one of his sons who was arrested by police shortly after the killing.
The authorities received the report around 3 a.m.
Relatives told St. Lucia News Online that the son is of unsound mind.
This is the 14th homicide for 2017.
