Two of the five men arrested on Friday February 21, 2014 for unlawfully gaining entry into the Marine Unit’s pound were charged for the offences of Found on Premises and Damage to Property on Sunday February 23, 2014.
Dennie Degazon and Marlon Scott, of Barnard Hill, Castries, both 24-years-old were remanded in custody until Tuesday, February 25, 2014.
The remaining three suspects are currently admitted at Victoria Hospital. They had sustained gunshot wounds during the confrontation with police officers.
Charges are expected to be laid against them at a later date.
