An emergency medical personnel attending to the victim of today’s homicide in Grand Riviere, Dennery.
Saint Lucia has recorded its 16th homicide of 2017.
The victim, Clayton Juston, believed to be in his late 40’s to early 50’s, was chopped in the neck during a physical altercation in Grand Riviere, Dennery this afternoon.
A male suspect is currently in police custody.
A resident told St. Lucia News Online (SNO) that the victim and the suspect were friends and that the suspect stood at the scene “in shock” until the police arrived.
