Police are investigating this morning’s arson incident at the Empire 758 Bar and Grill, located in Laborie along the Kennedy Highway. (SEE VIDEO BELOW STORY)
The Vieux Fort Fire Station responded to the call at 4:05 a.m. and quickly extinguished the fire, an emergency official told St. Lucia News Online.
No further details were immediately available.
The incident was caught on a security camera which is currently being reviewed by law enforcement officials, a source said.
In the video, two males wearing hoodies are seen throwing a liquid substance in the bar and setting it on fire.
A third person is seen for brief moments in the corner of the video.
