PRESS RELEASE - The Royal Saint Lucia Police Force (RSLPF) is appealing to members of the public for their assistance in identifying the deceased in a suspected drowning at Ganters Bay on Saturday, July 26, 2014.
Police believes the deceased to be one “Earl” also known as “Expensive”, possibly of Marchand, Castries. The mother of the deceased is also believed to be one “Elmona.”
