A man, who was convicted for drug possession in 2011 and failed to complete his fine, was finally caught this week.
Elias Edwin, also known as Ashka, of Sarrot, was convicted for the possession of 20 pounds of cannabis and possession with intent to supply in 2011 after he was busted in Oleon, Dennery.
He was ordered to pay $30,000 but owed a balance of $27,000.
He was finally captured by the Richfond/Dennery police on August 18, 2014 in Sarrot.
Edwin will be taken to Bordelaise Correctional Facility where he will serve two years in prison.
