St. Lucia News Online (SNO) has just received reports of a homicide in La Fargue, CHoiseul.
Reports are that a man, known so far as Timbert, was fatally stabbed, allegedly by his stepfather, nicknamed ‘Ponty’, during an altercation inside the kitchen of a house at around 5 p.m.
The stepfather is alleged to be on the run.
It is alleged that Timbert’s mother called him to assist her during a domestic dispute with Ponty. It is further alleged when Timbert intervened he was fatally stabbed.
Police sources said the deceased was well known to law enforcement authorities and his arm was severed from the wrist during “previous activities”.
“He (Timbert) was a troublesome guy,” a source said.
