A 19-year-old was the victim of a chopping incident in Tou Rouge, Castries on Wednesday, February 28, 2018, according to official sources.
The victim, identified as Jeanikke Stephen of Tou Rouge, was reportedly chopped in the head with a cutlass around 8:41 a.m.
Stephen was transported by ambulance to Victoria Hospital where he was admitted in stable condition.
