(SNO) — Police are investigating a shooting incident that occurred in Jacmel on Monday.
Reports are that the victim, a male, was shot minutes after 2 p.m.
In a video posted on social media, the victim appears to be motionless on the ground, beside a vehicle, as a police officer, armed with a gun, uses yellow tape to cordon off the scene.
Reports are that the victim is a Syrian businessman.
