(SNO) — A man who was gunned down in Jacmel Monday afternoon has been confirmed to be a Syrian national, according to law enforcement sources.
The shooting occurred around 2 p.m.
A video of the aftermath of the victim is circulating on social media.
The victim was motionless and unresponsive when law enforcement and emergency officials arrived on the scene.
