Citizens in the Gros Islet area will have an opportunity to voice their concerns to St. Lucia’s Commissioner of Police Vernon Francois at a town hall meeting on Tuesday August 13, 2013.
According to a police press release, this is the fourth in a series of meetings dubbed “Meet the Commissioner” and are geared at allowing communities to interact with police, in particular the police chief.
The gathering is set for the Gros Islet Secondary School and will begin at 6 p.m.
Such meetings have so far been held in Mon Repos, Babonneau and Marchand.
