Denis Faucher is an ex-police officer #261.
An ex-police officer who resides in Micoud has been reported missing since Saturday, August 20, 2016.
Denis Faucher, alias Two-pence, originally from Dennery, was last seen around 4:30.p.m. the same day he went missing.
The man’s daughter, Pearlina Faucher, told St. Lucia News Online (SNO) on Friday that with the assistance of Special Service Unit officers, they went in search for him at Mahaut and part of the beach front.
Asked if there was any specific reason why they searched that area, Pearlina said, “Not really, only because it’s a heavily dense area and he would be seen walking his dogs there sometimes.
SNO was told that the 67-year-old father of 9 never leaves without his dog but the dog is home.
Pearlina said she last spoke to her father the day before he went missing and he sounded “joyous.”
